Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Neonlight Studio at neonlight.studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Neonlight Studio is a subscription web application that generates scripts, thumbnails, metadata and videos for YouTube creators using AI. After you approve a video in our dashboard, we upload it to a YouTube channel you have explicitly connected via Google OAuth.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Neonlight Studio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

You must not share your account credentials or allow anyone else to use your account.

Neonlight Studio is billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Plans are Starter ($29/month), Pro ($79/month), and Agency ($199/month). All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to use Neonlight Studio to:

• Generate or publish content that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Generate or publish copyrighted content you do not own or have a license to use.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
• Spam, mislead, or deceive viewers (for example, generating mass low-quality content purely to game YouTube’s recommendation algorithm).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

By connecting your YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of the YouTube Data API via Neonlight Studio is subject to those terms in addition to our own.

You can revoke Neonlight Studio’s access to your YouTube account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You retain ownership of all scripts, videos and other content you generate using Neonlight Studio. We claim no rights to your generated content. You grant us a limited license to process, store and transmit your content solely to operate the service.

The Neonlight Studio software, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Midnight RGB Limited.

Neonlight Studio is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI output can contain errors, hallucinations, or factual inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing every video before approving it for upload. We do not guarantee any particular YouTube growth, revenue, or performance outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midnight RGB Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
